Bonnie J. Wolf is a senior associate in the Seattle office of HWS Law Group. She is licensed to practice in the State of Washington and California and represents clients in litigation and transactional matters. Her practice involves dispute resolution and all facets of federal and state civil litigation at the trial court and appellate levels.

Prior to joining HWS Law Group, Bonnie acted as outside general counsel to a variety of local businesses in California, with a focus on construction defect and ADA claim defense. Her early career focused on trade secret misappropriation, trademark infringement, and copyright infringement cases including managing complex discovery, e-discovery, as well as selecting and coordinating expert witnesses. While she specialized in intellectual property law during law school, Bonnie quickly found her footing in civil and commercial litigation, where she continues to build lasting relationships with the clients she serves in and out of the courtroom.

Before law school, Bonnie graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a rare Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Business and Justice Studies. When she’s not practicing law, Bonnie enjoys spending time on nature walks, sailing, and travelling to new destinations near and far.
