Jennifer is a seasoned civil litigator with extensive experience representing clients in complex civil disputes. Prior to joining HWS Law Group, she focused her practice on labor and employment law, representing employees in wage theft, discrimination, and representative actions, consistently achieving favorable outcomes for her clients in both state and federal courts.

Previously, Jennifer spent nearly a decade as a civil defense attorney, handling a broad spectrum of cases including products liability, personal injury, premises liability, medical malpractice, elder abuse, construction defect, and contract disputes. She has extensive experience in written and oral advocacy, complex motion practice, and trial preparation, and has successfully argued before the California Court of Appeal.

Outside the office, Jennifer enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and is an avid Portland Thorns fan. She enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new food and wine throughout the Pacific Northwest.
