Stephan Yhann

Associate Attorney

Stephan Yhann is an associate attorney at HWS Law Group licensed to practice in state and federal courts throughout Washington, Oregon, and New York. Stephan has broad experience in contract, commercial, civil rights, real property, personal injury, and probate litigation, and uses it to guide businesses and individuals through civil lawsuits.

Stephan attended the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle. During law school, he interned for judges in western Washington’s federal court and the Washington Supreme Court. After graduating, he spent two years in Spokane clerking for judges in Washington’s Court of Appeals. In 2020, Stephan moved to Yakima representing clients disputes in state and federal courts across eastern Washington.

When not in the office, Stephan can most likely be found enjoying a Seahawks or Huskies football game, trying his hand at a new recipe, or perusing a newspaper with a strong cup of coffee.
