Chris Luhrs is an associate attorney in the Seattle office of Holt Woods & Scisciani LLP. His practice is focused on representing businesses and individuals in complex civil litigation, including construction litigation, product and premises liability and personal injury. Chris represents clients in state and federal court, as well as in private arbitration and administrative proceedings.
Prior to joining Holt Woods & Scisciani LLP, Chris’ civil litigation practice was diverse. He has represented large and small companies in all types of business disputes, multinational banks in creditor’s rights matters and real estate foreclosures and individuals in real property disputes. Additionally, Chris has litigated on behalf of clients in administrative law proceedings and handled hundreds of mediations throughout the state of Washington. His varied experiences have proven invaluable to his work with Holt Woods & Scisciani LLP, as his perspective is wide-ranging and seasoned.

A Seattle native, Chris is happiest when outdoors with his wife, daughter and dogs. He is an avid supporter of the Mariners, Buffs, Zags, Avalanche and Seahawks and enjoys tinkering around the house.
