Senior Associate Attorney

Casie Barnette joined HWS as a Senior Associate Attorney in 2023 and brought with her over a decade of civil litigation experience. Ms. Barnette has extensive experience representing both defendants and plaintiffs. Her practice currently focuses on civil litigation in the areas of personal injury, property damage and real estate disputes, including construction defect, security negligence, premises liability and insurance defense litigation.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Barnette has zealously represented clients throughout the Pacific Northwest and in Florida. Her experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants provides her with a unique perspective when devising creative legal strategies that best serve her clients’ goals and interests. Ms. Barnette is a problem solver who values collaboration with clients to achieve outstanding results. She has successfully resolved numerous cases through settlement, mediation, arbitration and trial.

In her free time, Casie Barnette enjoys the outdoors and can be found hiking, mountain biking, and snowboarding.
